Position Title: Information System Security Officer Support

Location: Stennis Space Center, MS

Status: Full-time/On-Site

Required Clearance: Secret

Required Certification(s): DoD 8570 IAT Level II or IAM Level II Baseline Certification (Security+CE or CASP+)

Summary:

RTL Networks is seeking experienced candidates to assist the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) in applying cyber risk management, network security monitoring tools and cyber testing and evaluation techniques.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of DoD policies, processes, and procedures to common duties for Information System Security Officers.
• Ability to execute cybersecurity testing of IT hardware and software to identify, track, and remediate ongoing IT vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

• Secret clearance.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II or IAM Level II Baseline Certification.
• HS diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DoD and DoN Risk Management Framework (RMF) A&A ATO processes and procedures.
• Experience with supporting DoN command Information System Security Managers (ISSM) as an Information System Security Officer (ISSO).
• Experience with conducting DoN RMF Annual Security Reviews.
• Knowledge of DoN Cybersecurity policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate advanced technical concepts clearly to command leadership orally and in documentation and presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
